Athlete Performance Group Training

Middle school and high school athletes get faster, stronger and more confident in our specialized training group.

Classes are 75 minutes and incorporate speed, strength and functional core training.

Designed to help young athletes develop a love of fitness, improve their performance in any sport, and become more durable and resilient.

Athlete 101

For youth athletes aged 8-11.

Class focuses on becoming stronger, faster, more coordinated, and learning the fundamentals of athletic movement.

Training sessions that feel like play. Kids have a great time while getting better!
